Data Deletion Request Form (Help Center Ticket)
Purpose
- Use this form to submit a verifiable request to delete personal data held by our organization, consistent with applicable laws (e.g., GDPR Article 17, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA §1798.105).
- We will assess the request, verify identity, and delete eligible personal data subject to legal retention obligations and documented exceptions.
How to submit
- Create a help center ticket and include the fields below.
- Do not include full payment card numbers, full SSNs, or other unnecessary sensitive identifiers.
- Attach only the minimum documentation needed for verification.

- Note: We may request additional verification consistent with legal requirements to prevent unauthorized deletion.
Section G: Confirmations and Acknowledgements

- Terminate my account access and associated services
- Remove stored content, preferences, and history
- Affect warranties, subscriptions, or benefits tied to the account
- I understand certain data may be retained as required by law or for legitimate interests (e.g., security logs, fraud prevention, financial record-keeping, regulatory compliance), and retained data will be limited to what is necessary and access-restricted.
- I understand backups may persist until scheduled rotation; data will be put beyond use and not processed except for backup integrity, then deleted per retention schedule.

Processing Timeline and Next Steps
- We will acknowledge receipt and begin verification.
- GDPR/UK GDPR: We aim to respond within 1 month of receipt; may extend by up to 2 additional months for complex requests, with notice.
- CCPA/CPRA: We aim to respond within 45 days; may extend once by up to 45 days when reasonably necessary, with notice.
- If we cannot fulfill the request (e.g., identity cannot be verified; legal exceptions apply), we will provide a clear explanation.
- If deletion is approved, we will confirm completion and outline any retained categories and retention reasons.
Additional Notes
- Deletion requests do not affect non-personal, aggregated, or anonymized data.
- If you only want to opt out of marketing or targeted advertising, submit a “Marketing/Opt-out” request instead.
- For security, we will not perform deletion via social media or unsecured channels.
